SERACETTİN YÜZGÜLEN

Biography

Seracettin Yüzgülen was born in Antakya in 1975. He completed Bachelor degree in Economics, and Master’s degrees in EU Economy and International Relations. He worked as a consultant for foreign trade in several international companies till 2000 and then started to worked at various levels in EU and UNDP. He has been working as the Project Manager for “Improving Energy Efficiency in Industry Project” in UNDP since 2011.
