Biography

Oğuzhan Haznedar, a member of the EuroSolar Association Board, began his professional career as a field engineer at EMTA Inc. in 1985, after completing his education in Electrical Engineering at Yildiz Technical University. After joining Siemens in 1987, he held various positions and contributed to many of Siemens’ projects as the Founder, Chairman, and General Manager of Simyapı Construction from 1999 to 2010. Haznedar personally participated in the construction of hydroelectric power plants in Rize after joining Sanko Energy in 2010, and then worked as General Manager at Tursen Energy from 2011 to 2016. He played a role in the development and construction of many solar power plants during his tenure as General Manager at EkoRE Solar Inc. from 2016 onwards.

In 2021, Oğuzhan Haznedar became the Energy and Investments Director of Tat Metal Inc. and currently serves as the General Manager of Şule Energy Inc., Tat Metal Inc.’s energy company.
