Biography

Metallurgical Engineer graduatged from Middle East Technical University in 1990. He worked for Karabuk Iron & Steel Works for about 5 years as process Engineer and Process Chief Engineer. He worked on EU harmonization at Turkish Ministry of Science Industry and Technology between 1995 and 2010. He also worked for various international projects on product safety,, energy efficiency and energy labeling in Turkey and abroad. He managed the UNDP/GEF Market Transformation of Energy Efficienct Appliances in Turkey Projct between 2010 and 2015. He has been working as technical advisor for various UNDP and EU projects in turkey, EU Accession Countries and Russia snce 2015.
