Biography

Hülya GEDİK has been the Chairperson of the Board of Gedik Holding group of companies since 2007. GEDİK Holding is mainly active in the welding, casting, valve sectors and education.

Prior to that, she served as a Board Member and held various executive positions in sales, marketing and export operations throughout the company. Her leadership in export operations played a critical role in increasing brand awareness, reach and sales worldwide in more than 100 countries. Her outstanding achievements have positioned Gedik brands and made them globally recognized. Gedik Holding is currently manufacturing abroad in Azerbaijan and is preparing to open a production facility in India soon. Additionally, Gedik has companies in the Balkans, the Middle East, and Asia.

In addition to her services in industry and manufacturing, she is also the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Istanbul Gedik University.

Hülya Gedik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the International Business Institute and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics.

In 2017, Hülya Gedik also founded HEALIN, a registered trademark of Gedik Sağlık, which operates in the food and beverage sector in the field of organic foods.
