Biography

Emre Bildirici has worked in various fields of investment banking with a main focus in project finance, financing arrangements and merger and acquisitions. He started his career working as a project finance consultant at Cofarco S.A.S in Paris in 2012. He has been serving at Garanti Bank as ‎Project & Acquisition Finance Supervisor since 2014. Some successful projects carried out in his current work are “Privatization of Kemerköy and Yeniköy Thermal Power Plants”, “Borusan EnBW – WPP Bundle”, ” Privatization of Kadıncık I-II HPP” and some WPP Projects that exceed the capacity of 300 MW.

Emre Bildirici graduated from Dokuz Eylül University with a Major in Economics and holds a Master in Financial Engineering from Ecole de Commerce Rouen. Bildirici has advanced knowledge of English and French.
