Biography

I am a research-driven academic with a strong scholarly background, focusing on advanced materials technologies within high-impact, interdisciplinary R&D projects. My research interests primarily encompass the development and application of surface and coating technologies, functional ceramics, nanomaterials, smart materials, polymeric systems, composite structures, and technical textiles. These fields play a critical role in strategic industries, particularly aerospace and defense.

I am especially focused on the integration of materials science into defense-related applications. In this context, my work targets the development of radar-absorbing materials (RAM), low-observable coatings, and advanced composite systems designed for electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding. Through these efforts, I aim to contribute to enhancing the operational capabilities of next-generation defense platforms. I strongly believe in the synergy between fundamental research and mission-oriented innovation, with the goal of strengthening national self-sufficiency and technological sovereignty in critical sectors.

My technical research interests include:

  • Development of functional surface coatings imparting electromagnetic absorption or stealth properties
  • Investigation of nanomaterial-based enhancements for RAM and EMI shielding applications
  • Design of lightweight, high-performance composite structures exhibiting multifunctional behavior
  • Development of advanced polymeric materials with tunable electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties
  • Creation of smart material systems responsive to external stimuli for adaptive defense technologies
  • Functionalization of technical textiles for protective, conductive, or sensor-integrated applications
  • Advanced material characterization with emphasis on structure–property–performance relationships

In my research activities, I adopt a holistic and project-oriented approach, encompassing literature analysis and trend monitoring, experimental design, prototyping, and data interpretation. I aim to actively contribute to and engage in the development of sustainable research ecosystems that bring together academia, defense industry stakeholders, and governmental R&D institutions.
