TEIAS Power Transmission Grid Specifications

Abstract

To be examined base and fluctuating loads transmission capabilities of the existing national power transmission grid and the investment and planning needs of TEIAS when constructing power generation infrastructure in future.

Biographical Sketch

Cemil Beşe , was born in Kilis, Turkey in 1961. He graduated from I.T.U Electrical – Electronical Faculty in 1984. Since 2013 he is the Director of Design & Project Division of YILDIRIM ENERGY HOLDING AS where he contributed to develope ultra super critical parameters based thermal-, H-Class combined cycle power plants projects, as well as acquisition of a 150 MW renewables class hydro power station fleet. Prior to joining YILDIRIM ENERYG HOLDING AS, he worked as manager position in several industrial, infrastructure and power generation projects at development , construction and commissioning stages.
