Biography

He was born in 1974 in Tuzluca, Iğdır. He completed his elementary and middle school education in Tuzluca and graduated from Aydın Söke Agricultural Technical High School. He graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Kocaeli University. In 2003, he began working as a reporter at the Urban Planning Directorate of Pendik Municipality. He served in the positions of Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, Director of Building Control, and Director of Urban Planning and Development. In the 2009 Local Elections, he ran as a candidate for City Council Member from the AK Party but was not elected, so he returned to his position at the municipality.

He was elected as a City Council Member in the 2014 Local Elections and served in that capacity. In the 2019 local elections, he was re-elected to the Pendik Municipal Council. Appointed as Deputy Mayor in May 2019, Yüce continued in this role until the 2024 local elections. In the 2024 Local Elections, he was re-elected as a council member from the AK Party and continues to serve as Deputy Mayor. He served as a Founding Member of the Anatolia Platform, a Founding Board Member of Pendik KAİDER, and President of the Iğdır İncesu Association. He currently serves as a Member of the PENDEF High Advisory Board and a Member of the Advisory Board of the Iğdır İncesu Association. He also continues to serve as President of Pendikspor A.Ş. and President of the Association. He speaks English.

He is married and the father of four children.
