AHMET KALİBER

Biography

Ahmet Özer KALİBER was born in 1977 in Kayseri. After graduating from Profilo Anatolian Technical High School, he studied at Marmara University Technical Education Faculty. He completed his Master’s Degree in Educational Administration. He immediately worked in technology companies from intern to manager. He started his career in the electronic security systems sector in 1995. After entering the military in 2005, he moved from the private sector to the sector and was appointed as a teacher in 2006. He is still working as the director of the Şehit Yüzbaşı Yusuf Kenan Vocational High School and conducts various protocols within the scope of school-industry cooperation.

He enabled the renewable energy technologies department to be opened in the schools where he worked and works to develop joint projects with private sector companies in this field. Especially in the scope of studies aimed at training qualified technical staff in the field of Solar Energy, it has ensured the establishment of advanced laboratories including measurement stations, solar power plants, design workshops and solar experiment sets. It also develops projects for energy efficiency throughout the school.
