ADNAN BIYIKLIOĞLU

Biography

Born in Kastamonu in 1983, Mr. Adnan Bıyıklıoglu completed his elementary, middle and high school education in Istanbul. He received his MSc. degree in Physics Engineering from Gaziantep University (GU) in 2007, and, his MBA degree in Quality and Production Management from Istanbul Kültür University (IKU) in 2011. He began his professional career at City Lighting and Energy Directorate of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) in 2008. He was then tasked with Chief of Energy Management at the same institution in 2015. As of May 2016, he was appointed as the Director of City Lighting Division at the IMM. Mr. Bıyıklıoglu is married with children, and speaks intermediate-level English.
