Biography
Erdem Üncü graduated from Istanbul University in Civil Engineering in 2007 and completed his MSc in Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. Since 2012, he has held various engineering and project management roles at Borusan EnBW Energy, and since 2019, he has been working as the Civil and Geo Engineering Manager. He leads the design and construction processes of renewable energy power plants, including wind, solar, and hydroelectric. Holding a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate, Erdem Üncü also leads efficiency improvement and process optimization projects within the company.
