Electricity Trading and Aggregation in the Turkish Market
Abstract
The liberalization of Turkey’s electricity market and the emergence of innovative business models have brought energy trading and aggregator activities to the forefront. This presentation will provide an overview of the current structure of electricity trading, the role of aggregators, and the potential opportunities they offer within the market.
Biography
He graduated from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Eskişehir Osmangazi University in 2007 and completed his master’s degree in Energy Law at Ankara University.
He started his career as a project engineer in the field of electrical engineering and joined AGE Enerji in 2010 as an Energy Trading Specialist.
Since 2016, he has been working at Rönesans Enerji, where he is responsible for retail and wholesale electricity sales, generation operations, and trade management.
