Biography

Talat ÖZDEN was born in Gümüşhane in 1976. He completed his undergraduate education at Marmara University and his master’s and doctorate education at Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He worked as a visiting academician at Dalarna University (Sweden) during his doctoral studies and at METU during his post-doctoral studies. Between 2002 and 2025, he worked as an academician at KTU and Gümüşhane University. Since 2014, he has been working as a researcher at ODTÜ-GÜNAM and has been the coordinator of the IntegratedPV division since 2021.
